In the world there is the quality of virtue, truth, purity, and tenderness. I, in accord with the Truth, shall make an unsurpassed vow of Truth. Reflecting on the power of the DHAMMA and calling to mind the Conquerors in the past.
Depending on this power of Truth I make an unsurpassed vow of Truth: "Here are wings with no feathers, here are feet which can’t walk, my mother and father have left to look for food – 「the Fire in Jetavata, Go back!」 When I made my unsurpassed vow of Truth, the great blazing crested flames avoided the sixteen acres around me as if they had come to a body of water. My truth has no equal: This is my perfection of Truth.
於這世間(實)存在著那戒,真誠正直,清淨,慈悲的德行。以這虔誠的真實語,我將作出無上的誓願。思維正法的力量,及憶念過去一切征服者(佛)的威力,以這虔誠的真實語,我今發出這無上的誓願。
「願那些具有翅膀但卻不能飛的,願那些具有腳的但卻不能走的,以及那些父母都出去的,啊! 迦達畏拉火,退回去吧! 」當我發出這虔誠的真實語,那熊熊熾熱的火焰,退避了十六咖里沙尼,猶如火遇到水一樣。這就是我所作的無上誓願,這就是我所成就圓滿的實語波羅蜜。
