Buddhist Meditation Centre in Penang Island 槟城岛内坐禅中心

Do good, avoid evil, purify your mind.

Why meditate?

Meditation helps us to focus on the present moment and not being overwhelmed by regrets of the past and anxiety of the unknown future. In another word, it guides us to do one thing at a time. This in turn, calms our minds and helps to reduce stress.

It doesn’t guarantee a stress-free life, but it certainly helps you to gain a different perspective of your emotions and life.
